		High Anxiety Living Room 8' x 10' x 12' mixed media, 1994 The High Anxiety Living Room is a satire of a traditional living room, a parody of the idea of home and hearth and domestic tranquility. It is an 8' x 10' x 12' room containing all the things that people normally acquire: sofa, coffee table, lamp, phone, stereo, and TV. All of these objects have been deconstructed and reconstructed, twisted or warped so they appear animated, and take on a life of their own.
